Biographical
Dennis is a senior and managing partner of Datsopoulos, MacDonald & Lind, a 18 lawyer full service law firm. With an "AV" Martindale-Hubbell rating, Dennis’ practice emphasizes Civil Litigation across a diverse range of clientele including personal injury and medical negligence clients, school districts, state and regulatory agencies, business, real estate, construction, transportation and family law clients.
For the past several years, his practice has included regional mediation and arbitration, with successful resolution in the majority of contested cases.
Successful mediations have included, class action lawsuits, catastrophic personal injury and medical negligence cases, environmental and mass tort disputes and complex, multi party construction litigation.
