Dominic "Dee" Carestia has been mediating civil and commercial cases since 1996, settling over 3000 disputes over that time.

Dee graduated from the University of Montana Law School in 1980 and servedd as a federal law clerk to the Honorable W. D. Murray in Butte, Montana prior to earning his Masters Degree from the Wharton School of Businesss at the University of Pennsylvania. He has been involved in litigation ever since, empasizing economic loss and damages, settlement negotiations and serving as founding partner in the law firm of Buxbaum and Carestia specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice.
