He has participated in the negotiation of over 500 labor agreements with the Teamsters, UFCW and Bakery Workers unions and has handled scores of arbitrations. He has supervised over 200 employment-related litigated cases, including what was the largest sex and race discrimination case in the retail industry. He has served as trustee on several Taft-Hartley pension and health and welfare trusts with combined assets in excess of 5 billion dollars.
In recent years, Mr. Raucci has been an Early Neutral Evaluator for the U.S. District Court and has mediated to successful conclusion the largest class action case in the State of Montana as of April 2014. In addition, he arbitrates complex ERISA Pension cases and multi-party employment claims.
He recently has been selected as mediator for claims before the Asbestos Personal Injury Trust Fund of $32 billion for claims based on asbestos related injuries and has undertaken the active mediation and arbitration eof thes cases with several national plaintiffs' firms and the Trust Fund.

Memberships & Affiliations
Mr. Raucci served as Vice Chair of the Arbitration Committee of the American Bar Association (2012-2015). He is a member of the Montana Bar as well as the Pennsylvania and District of Columbia Bars, and is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit and Third Circuit Courts of Appeal. In the 1980's Hank served as Justice Pro Temp in Cascade County. He has served as Chair of the Montana Board of Personnel Appeals. He has served on the faculties of the University of Montana, University of Great Falls, Saint Joseph’s University, California State and Temple University School of Law.
Hank is a Charter Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers - an association of preeminent practitioners in that field. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of Court Appointed Masters. There are currently 83 Fellows in the United States serving as Rule 53 Masters in the Federal Court systems. Mr. Raucci is the only Fellow in Montana. He regularly serves as a mediator and arbitrator. In that connection, he is a member of the Board of Directors and a panel member of the Association of Attorney-Mediators, the National Employment Mediation Service, and National Panels with Labor, Employment and Contracts of the American Arbitration Association and National Panel of FINRA Arbitrators.
250.00 per hour - Travel charged from Salt lale City if Utah cases or Helena if Montana cases.
